Root Cleaner Directions for Application

IMPORTANT: DO NOT MIX WITH NUTRIENTS OR FEED. Always apply to the growing media only.

Mixing Instructions

1. Shake Well: Shake the Root Cleaner bottle really well before measuring the dose.
2. Measure: Mix 1 ounce (30 mL) of Root Cleaner concentrate into 1 gallon of water.
3. Mix: Shake or mix the solution again during the application process to ensure consistency.

Application Instructions

1. Dose: Pour the mixed Root Cleaner solution directly at the base of each plant.

• Measure: Use 1 cup of mixed solution for every 1 gallon of container size (e.g., a 3-gallon pot requires 3 cups of the mixed solution).

2. Irrigate: Add clean, plain water after applying the Root Cleaner solution to help soak the mixture down into the media until it thoroughly irrigates (runs out) through the bottom of the container.
3. Rinse: VERY IMPORTANT—You must rinse thoroughly with clean water 15–30 minutes after the application.

Post-Application Care

• After the application and rinse, you must let your media dry for a full day.

Following the dry period, you can then re-inoculate with nutrients and beneficials.
