Backorders are products that are on their way to us from suppliers.
Backorders will be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive - usually in 1-7 days
If you want to contact us we can let you know the delay.
We will send you an ETA as soon as we can, and you can cancel the backorder and get a full refund if you want to.

(If you have urgent items as well as Backorder items, please send as two separate orders so the urgent items go out immediately.)
