WHY USE A DEDICATED LMU?

Standard domestic timers are not designed to handle the inductive load (the massive power spike) of multiple grow lights. Running a 6-light setup on standard timers is a major fire hazard. The Hortitek LMU uses industrial contactors to absorb that power spike, keeping your grow room safe, reliable, and compliant.
