Privacy Policy
At Nerang Hydroponic Centre, we are aware that
privacy concerns with the internet are of high importance.
We have a shop and we are a business, not just a
webpage.
As such we are much
less likely to upset you... as you know exactly where we are... (joke)
All our customers have privacy respected by all
our staff.
- If we receive an email from you you will not
be put on a mailing list. A casual email does not give anyone the right to
use your email address, and we never will.
- If you request to be on a mailing list, you
will get an email to confirm it. If the request is valid, and only if we
receive a reply will any news mailings be sent out to you. If no reply, we
will delete the address.
- You will not be put on any mailing list
without you requesting it and confirming it.
- If you request to be un-subscribed from out
mailing list then you will get a confirmation of un-subscription email sent to your address and
then your address will be deleted. No Questions Asked! If you were to
receive one of these emails in error, better join again because we have
deleted you.
- You will not be tracked by our site, except
for the normal ordinary connection to it through your internet provider, and the records we are able to access do not have any
persons IP address or personal details on them.
- We do not presently use cookies. I am still
unaware if they would be of any use to this site.
- We will never willingly allow our mailing lists to be
used by others. I'd drop the computer in a reservoir first.
- Anybody that orders from our site has the same
privacy as our present mail order customers. All orders are filed under the
name given, and the address is destroyed after delivery is confirmed, or
after one to four weeks to ensure no one can
send mail outs to you.
